These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by FLOWCHECK LLC. By placing an order or using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
We provide website monitoring, audit and related services (“Services”) as described on the website at the time of purchase. Service descriptions, features and prices may change; changes do not affect orders already paid for the current billing period.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any login details confidential.
You may only ask us to monitor websites that you own or are authorised to manage. You confirm that our automated checks of those websites are permitted, and you remain responsible for the websites themselves, their content and any changes you make based on our recommendations.
Prices are shown at checkout in the store currency and may exclude applicable taxes. Payment is taken through Shopify checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid in that case.
You can cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt our systems, using the Services to scan websites without authorisation, reselling the Services without our written consent, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
The website, reports, software and branding are owned by FLOWCHECK LLC or its licensors. Reports delivered to you may be used for your own business purposes.
Monitoring reduces risk but cannot detect every problem. We do not guarantee that your website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or achieve any particular search ranking, traffic or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

We want you to be happy with our services. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back from FLOWCHECK LLC.
One-time services can be refunded in full before work has started. Once a report has been delivered or repair work has been completed, the service is considered performed and is non-refundable, unless it was not delivered as described.
If the Services were unavailable for a significant period because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will offer a pro-rated refund or service credit.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. By asking us to start the service immediately, you acknowledge that you will be charged for the part already provided and that the right of withdrawal is lost once a one-time service has been fully performed.
Email connect@flowcheck-monitoring.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to show the funds.
